The Dread Master cordially invites you to a Victorian Rendezvous with the Dread Penny Society, London’s most secretive group of heroes and heroines. The Society will be opening their doors to a select few for one night only.
Present yourself promptly at the selected time at the headquarters doors. With your ticket in hand, you will receive your entry token and the rare opportunity to join the Dreadfuls for this once-in-a-lifetime tiptoe into their secret world. Visit the rooms you’ve read about in the chronicles of their exploits. Hear stories of their courageous deeds and the remarkable place where it all begins.
Bring your sleuthing skills, and, as you will be stepping back in time, a Victorian-inspired costume would not go awry. Lose yourself in the world of these daring Dreadfuls for one night of unforgettable, immersive literary adventures.

Meet and interact with your favorite romance authors,– including, Sarah M. Eden, Nancy Campbell Allen, Becca Wilhite, Esther Hatch, and Jennifer Moore. Only books & items purchased onsite at the event will be available for signings.

- Small groups begin the adventure at their selected ticketed times between 3PM and 8PM.
- The full event experience will be 1½ to 2 hours.
· CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO THIS EVENT?
This experience is designed for ages 12 years and older.

· DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
You can print your ticket or show the QR code found in your email after purchasing (email sent from Showclix).
· Arrival
Plan to arrive fifteen minutes before the specified time on your ticket. Your digital or printed ticket will be scanned at the door.
Latecomers will need to join their group at whatever point it currently is in the event experience. They will not be allowed to join the next group starting, as each group is set at capacity for an enjoyable immersive experience.
· WHERE SHOULD I PARK FOR THE EVENT?
There is no on-site venue parking at McCune Mansion.
Street parking is available but very limited. Carpooling is strongly encouraged.

- City Creek Trax station is an 11-minute (0.06 mile) walk from the mansion.
- Conference Center parking is available for $10.

· WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?
Please plan accordingly, arriving on time for your selected time slot is crucial due to limited space availability.
· WILL THE AUTHORS BE SIGNING BOOKS?
Sarah M. Eden will only be signing the following two (2) books:
- The Queen and the Knave
- The Dread Penny Society Collector’s Edition
These books will be available for purchase at check-in, as well as in the on-site event store. Only books & items purchased onsite at the event will be available for signings.
· IS THERE AN EVENT STORE?
Yes! A Deseret Book and Shadow Mountain Event Store will be located in the garden. New books, store products, and special collector's edition products will be available. This is a cashless event.

· ARE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE TOUR?
Restrooms are only accessible while on the tour, not available prior to the tour.
· CAN I BRING MY OWN SNACK & DRINKS?
Outside food and beverage are prohibited by the venue. A light refreshment and beverages will be provided.
· DO I NEED TO REQUEST ACCESSIBILITY ACCOMMODATION?
The McCune Mansion and the event are wheelchair and walker accessible.
There is a drop off area in front of the mansion. Access to the driveway is on 200 North.
